How do we make a shortcut to lock the desktop apart from using (Windows key + L) ?
1) Right Click on your desktop and select New >> Shortcut
2) Type this rundll32.exe user32.dll,LockWorkStation
4) Hit Next
5) Enter the name for your shortcut, For eg. name it as “Lock” and click on Finish

its a good but for that u hav 2 click on 2times on that shortcut.so its better that u hve to press window key & L on keyboard direclty.
