1) WinHide is a superb software that helps to quickly hide the working programs and windows instead of closing it.
2) The hidden programs are not displayed in the Taskbar or in Ctrl+Alt+Del list (ie.Task Manager) and they cannot be activated pressing Alt+Tab, but programs continue with their execution.
