Do you know Your Windows 7 PC has hidden Themes in it !! Here they are
New Unlocked Themes.

Then here goes the ultimate tutorial for you.Windows 7 has inbuilt themes that are adjusted with your local settings, like if u select India as ur regional settings you get the India Theme by default.

Like that there are themes for other countries too. But those are locked.

Canada Theme : Get it after unlocking it

Herez how u can make the most out of ur windows 7 themes by unlocking them.

1. Open a Windows Explorer (Computer) window, and click on the Organize tab at the top. From the drop-down menu, choose Folder and Search Options. In the View tab, make sure that “Show Hidden Files and Folders” is selected. 

2. Now you’re going to want to type this into the address bar at the top of the Explorer window: Windows\globalization\mct

3. This will open a window that has five different folders contained in it. Click the first folder open, then scroll down and open up the Theme folder, and you’ll see the theme in there. Each of those five folders have a theme inside. 

4. These extra themes are simple to Install (Just Double click on the theme file in the theme folder) to your themes directory, and they’re all gorgeous.

5. So go on!! just unlock these themes and Enjoy !!
